We had a great stay at this hotel in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and staff. The rooms were spotless, and the hotel offered various facilities that we enjoyed using throughout our stay. The transportation was convenient and easy to use, making our exploration of this city much more comfortable. We were impressed by the staff's friendly and helpful demeanor, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The room was clean and comfortable, and I was happy to find that water was provided free of charge. the check-out process was quick and easy, which made leaving a breeze.

despite my request for a room on a higher floor, I was placed on a lower level. Unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi available during my stay and at times there was a strong sewer smell in the bathroom.

During my stay, the check-out process was hassle-free, which was a relief. , the fact that we weren't charged for water was a bonus. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city.

There were a few aspects that fell short of expectations. the hotel didn't provide us with toiletries and we had to constantly ask for basic amenities like AC, bucket, and bath towels.
